Vehicle Registration is for the Fort Lewis community to register their vehicles, weapons and bicycles on post. When requesting post decals you must provide a valid state driver's license, a valid proof of vehicle insurance and a military affiliated ID card. If you are not listed on the vehicle registration, you must have a power of attorney to register the vehicle on post. Weapons registration forms are provided and upon completion of the form, the form must be returned to Vehicle Registration for processing.
